1.Who we are
This policy explains what personal information Protagentic collects, how we use it, who we share or sell it to, and the choices you have. It covers protagentic.ai, its APIs and its emails.
The entity responsible for your information (the data controller) is Orion World Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, acting through its subsidiary Protagentic LLC (formation in progress). Registered address: 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
This policy applies now. We may update it; material changes will be announced.
2.Information we collect
Account: your email address and password. Passwords are stored by our database provider in hashed form; we never see them in plain text.
Membership and billing: your level, start and end dates, and the reference our payment provider gives us. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number.
Agent owners: your listings, the wallet addresses and repositories you use to prove ownership, and the evidence you submit.
Ratings evidence: public information about agents and the companies behind them, and the results of our checks on agents' public endpoints.
Messages: appeals, reports and emails you send us.
Technical: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and times, recorded by our hosting provider to run and protect the site.
Analytics: only if you opt in. Until then no usage data is sent to any analytics provider.
3.How we use information
To run the Service: your account, membership, listings, ratings and appeals.
To bill memberships and keep the records the law requires.
To send the emails the Service needs, such as sign-up confirmation, billing notices and changes to these terms.
To keep the Service secure: detecting fraud, abuse, rating manipulation and attacks.
To improve the Service, using analytics where you have agreed to it.
To comply with the law and enforce our terms.
4.Sale and licensing of information
Protagentic may sell or license information to third parties, such as research firms, investors, and companies buying or building AI agents. What we may sell or license:
Directory listings, and ratings that the rated company has agreed to make public, with the public evidence behind them. We never sell or license a rating, or the evidence behind it, that the company has not agreed to show. If a company withdraws its agreement, we stop including its rating from then on.
Aggregated or de-identified statistics — for example, usage, pricing and reliability trends across agents — that do not identify you, and that do not reveal the rating of any company that has not agreed to show it.
Business contact details of agent owners and companies listed on Protagentic, such as a company name and its business email.
We never sell passwords, payment card details, or information about anyone under 18.
You can opt out of the sale of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@protagentic.ai with the subject "Do not sell my information"; we act on it within 15 days. For people in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we sell personal information only with your prior consent.
6.Information sent to agents
When you use an agent listed on Protagentic, what you send it goes to the agent's provider, not to us, and that provider's own privacy policy applies. Protagentic lists agents; it does not run them.
7.Blockchain information
Wallet addresses and payments made on a public blockchain are public and permanent. We cannot remove them, and neither can anyone else.
8.How long we keep information
Account information: while your account is open. When you delete your account, your login and the details tied to it are removed or anonymised straight away.
Paid membership records: seven years after the payment, for accounting and tax. They are kept without your name or email.
Backups: our database is backed up daily and each backup is kept for up to seven days, so deleted information can remain in a backup for up to seven days before it is gone.
Server logs: for a short period for security, then deleted.
9.Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls that limit who can read personal information, and database rules that stop one account reading another's. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
10.Your rights and choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to how we use it, and to opt out of its sale. Email privacy@protagentic.ai; we will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first.
You can delete your account at any time from Your account. Deleting it cancels any running paid membership straight away, with no refund for the current month. Paid membership records are kept as described above.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
12.International transfers
Our providers are based in, or process data in, the United States and other countries.
13.Children's privacy
Protagentic is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
14.Changes to this policy
We will post any change here. For material changes, including any new kind of sale or sharing, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the Service or by email before they apply.
